Doctor Ivo Robotnik from the old television series "The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog" says "Snooping as usual, I see." on the episode "Boogey Mania". The "-ping as" part of his line was accentuated, then the clip was cut by someone who noticed and created a viral meme out of it, because some find it hilarious hearing some old fat guy say PENIS a bunch of times in place of other nouns. I'm demonstrating my love of this meme/fad by doing the same in this song clip.

If you took a better look at my other songs you would notice that I did this for the lulz, not trying to be taken seriously as a producer ;3
